Anne Harris represents and advises employers in a wide variety of employment and labor relations matters, including wage and hour class actions, discrimination and wrongful termination disputes, and trade secret and restrictive covenant matters. Her experience includes investigations and litigation in matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and a variety of other federal, state, and local employment laws. Anne also has experience representing employers in administrative proceedings before the EEOC and NLRB and other state and local agencies, including discrimination and harassment charges.

In addition to her litigation experience, Anne regularly advises employers regarding compliance with employment laws, review of company policies, internal investigations and audits, restrictive covenant agreements, and employment-related diligence on national and international transactions.

Anne is also active in the Chicago community. She serves as a member on the Cabrini Green Legal Aid Young Professional's Board and volunteers with nonprofit organizations Working in the Schools (WITS) and Minds Matter.
