Adrienne Kaufman represents and advises clients in a variety of labor and employment matters. Her experience includes defending clients in discrimination disputes arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and various other federal and state laws. In addition, Adrienne has advised clients in employment-related matters, including compliance with the National Labor Relations Act and various state statutes and city ordinances.

Adrienne also maintains an active pro bono practice. She currently represents an asylum applicant through Jones Day's Laredo Project, which provides legal representation to individuals with claims for immigration relief who have been detained in an immigrant detention center in Laredo, Texas. Adrienne also represents a minor in foster care in administrative and legal hearings.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Adrienne served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
