Allison Crow has broad experience representing clients in cases arising under the distinct framework of California's labor and employment laws. She defends employers in class action and single plaintiff matters; administrative charges before the DFEH, EEOC, and NLRB; and wage claims before the California Labor Commissioner. Allison also represents employers in labor matters including grievance arbitrations and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.

Allison represents clients from across the technology, finance, health care, hospitality, and transportation industries. Her litigation experience includes handling all phases of class action and PAGA representative wage and hour litigation, including administration of class action settlements. She has represented employers in a variety of single plaintiff matters in state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and in mediations.

In addition to defending clients in litigation matters, Allison's experience includes providing employers with practical advice about all aspects of California employment law. She regularly counsels clients regarding hiring and screening practices, accommodation and leave requests, employment contracts and policies, employee and contractor classification, wage and hour compliance, and terminations.

Allison maintains a pro bono practice and advises Bay Area nonprofit organizations in employment matters and has represented pro bono clients in immigration proceedings. She has coauthored articles on employers' use of background checks in hiring, bring your own device (BYOD) employment policies, and developments under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
