We also have extensive experience advising on benefits and compensation issues in countries throughout the Asia Pacific region, including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan. We draft and advise on cash and stock-based compensation programs, retirement plans, employment and severance agreements, work rules, and reductions-in-force.
