Tom practices in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance.
Tom has experience in a broad range of transactions, including domestic and cross-border company acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, restructurings, public company securities issues, management buyouts, and venture and development capital financings. In addition, he provides general corporate and commercial law advice to clients from a wide variety of business sectors, including technology, media, telecommunications, and aviation.
Tom's recent work includes advising:
• Wachovia Capital Partners on the sale of British Salt Limited
• Linden Holdings PLC on its £244.5 million acquisition by Galliford Try plc and
• funds managed by Sofinnova Partners on their investment in the mobile telephone virtual network operator Blyk Limited.
