Tara Stuckey Morrissey's practice focuses on legal analysis, briefing, and strategy in complex trial and appellate litigation. She has represented clients in a variety of matters, including intellectual property disputes, constitutional challenges, and False Claims Act litigation. In addition, Tara has experience in issues involving civil procedure, damages, expert testimony, and spoliation of evidence. She has practiced before district courts, federal appellate courts, and the United States Supreme Court and has argued before a panel of the Ninth Circuit.

Tara also maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in immigration, criminal, and constitutional law matters.
