Tim Curry focuses on the representation of emerging growth and public technology companies in public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and licensing and partnering transactions. He also represents investment banks in public equity and debt offerings and companies and venture capitalists in venture financings, as well as advising on general corporate and corporate governance matters.

Although Tim represents a broad range of technology companies, a substantial portion of his clients are in the semiconductor and games industries. He represents Five9, a developer of call center and VoIP calling solutions; Generate, a digital multimedia production studio; InSite Vision, an ophthalmic biotechnology company; Juniper Networks, a networking products and services provider; Minted LLC, a crowd-sourced cards, stationery, and other paper goods company; Nest Collective, a provider of healthy foods for children; SanDisk Corporation, a flash storage solutions company; VMware, a virtualization and cloud infrastructure company; and Zoran Corporation, a developer of multimedia semiconductors. Tim also represents venture capital funds and strategic investors, including Adams Street Partners, ErGo Media Capital, MK Capital and The Raine Group.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2010, Tim worked on more than 40 public offerings, raising approximately $5 billion from the public markets, and more than 40 merger and acquisition transactions, ranging in size from $1 million to more than $4 billion. He has developed and structured comprehensive corporate governance programs for several public companies.

Tim regularly speaks at business and legal conferences on IPOs, venture capital, M&A, and corporate governance. He recently was quoted in The Wall Street Journal regarding IPOs.
