Stefano Macchi di Cellere practices international competition law, acting in cross-border M&A and cartel cases before the European antitrust authorities. He represents global enterprises in pre-merger notifications and second phase proceedings, assisting multinational groups on concentrations, joint ventures, and commercial transactions in a wide range of industries and business sectors.
