Sebastian Orton advises private and public companies as well as banks and other financial institutions on a range of corporate and commercial issues, including: acting for issuers and sponsors/underwriters on IPOs and secondary fund-raisings, acting for companies on acquisitions and disposals, advising companies on hostile and recommended public takeover bids, and providing general advice on company and commercial issues to corporate clients.
In 2011, Seb was seconded to the ECM legal team at Citigroup. During his secondment, he worked on a number of IPOs and other equity-related fund-raisings.
