Stephanie Taylor focuses her practice on product liability defense and general civil litigation. She has represented various manufacturers and other entities in litigation filed across the United States and in Canada, including assisting in the defense of a vehicle class action. Stephanie has experience in national case management, complex fact and expert witness preparation, motions practice, and appellate briefing and argument.

In 2011, Stephanie assisted in a three-month jury trial in California that resulted in a defense verdict for a leading off-road vehicle manufacturer. She has briefed cases before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for Third and Fourth Circuits for pro bono clients and has participated in oral argument. Stephanie also has drafted amicus briefs addressing novel issues for cases pending before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Stephanie was selected as a 2010 Pennsylvania Outstanding Young Lawyer. She serves as an adjunct professor at West Virginia University College of Law, where she teaches an appellate advocacy course. She currently is assisting in developing a U.S. Supreme Court Clinic for law students at West Virginia University, which she will also teach.

Stephanie is a member of the Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Third Circuit Bar Associations. She also is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Commission on Women in the Profession and has previously served as a subcommittee co-chair.


Stephanie Taylor
