Sally Crawford practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate law, with particular concentration in the representation of privately held companies in the technology, transportation, manufacturing, and service industries. She also has organized and represented numerous nonprofit corporations. She has extensive experience in the negotiation of contracts for, and providing corporate governance and general business advice to CEOs of, privately held middle market companies and nonprofit corporations.

Sally is a director and officer of the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Entrepreneurship Institute, College of the State Bar of Texas, DBA Community Service Fund, Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Greater Dallas, and Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas. She has been a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas for over 10 years, a Fellow of the Dallas Bar Foundation and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Foundation, and a member of Texas Bar Foundation. Sally serves on the board of the Richardson Symphony in Richardson, Texas.

Sally serves as pro bono coordinator of the Dallas Office of Jones Day. She has been actively involved in pro bono work since 1986 and was named pro bono attorney of the year by the Women's Advocacy Center in 2003 and by the Dallas Bar Association in 2005. She received the Frank J. Scurlock Award for outstanding pro bono work in the State of Texas for providing legal services to indigents and has been a member of the Pro Bono College for the State of Texas for more than 10 years.
