Scott Cohen has practiced in the area of corporate and securities law for more than 30 years. His practice is concentrated on domestic and international mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, and public and private offerings of debt and equity securities.

Scott has led acquisition and financing transactions for such companies as Fluor Corporation, International Wire Group, Samson Investment Company, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Texas Instruments, and Viasystems Group.

Scott is a member of the State Bar of Texas and former chairman of its Corporations Law Committee of the Business Law Section. He also serves as a director of the Texas Business Law Foundation.
