Russell Carmedy is the Partner-in-Charge of the London Office. Throughout his career he has focused on M&A work. His practice encompasses private M&A transactions, public takeover bids, and leveraged private equity transactions. Almost all of his work is cross-border and in recent times he has represented a number of the Firm's major clients in a variety of complex M&A transactions. In addition to his transactional work, Russell specialises in the increasingly regulated area of corporate governance working with directors to resolve issues relevant to their fiduciary duties and regulatory obligations.
