Bob Walker is the Litigation Coordinator for the Firm's Cleveland Office. He has extensive trial and litigation experience in product liability, personal injury, insurance coverage, trade secrets, breach of contract, intellectual property, commercial law, ERISA, OSHA, and labor matters. He has defended complex product liability claims in state and federal courts, representing clients in cases in which prescription drugs, chemical systems, automobile components, furnace systems, and other industrial machinery and products were alleged to be defective. In addition, Bob has extensive experience in defending consumer class actions regarding defective products. He also has defended numerous class action and individual claims of violations of ERISA, Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, reverse discrimination, and related tort claims of wrongful discharge.

Bob is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the Lawyers Committee of the National Center for State Courts, and a barrister with the Manos Inn of Court in Cleveland, Ohio.
