Focusing her practice on commercial litigation, Rebecca Reynolds has represented clients in over 100 actions involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Rebecca has defended clients in putative class actions involving FCRA, unfair or deceptive trade practices, breach of contract, fraud, and RICO claims in federal and state courts. Rebecca's experience includes trial and appellate matters, and she has appeared as first chair in state and federal trials.
Rebecca has authored and contributed to publications on a variety of class action and antitrust topics and has lectured at the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia's Antitrust Law Basics seminar. Rebecca is active in pro bono work and currently serves on the advisory board of the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN). She is also an active member of the Junior League of Atlanta.
