Bob Kennedy advises public and private entities in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private equity investments, and general corporate matters. He has represented private equity funds and strategic buyers and sellers in leveraged recapitalizations, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, and private investments. Bob's practice encompasses a broad range of industries, including financial services, commodities, energy services, communications, and health care-related businesses.
Bob was the lead lawyer in the $3.4 billion acquisition of the commodities trading business of ConAgra Foods by a consortium of private equity funds in 2008, as well as the recent acquisition of D.F. King by The Riverside Company.
