Bob Kennedy's practice involves mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private equity, and general corporate representation of publicly held and private entities. He has represented leveraged buyout funds and strategic buyers and sellers in leveraged recapitalizations, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, and private equity investments. Bob has represented public and private company clients across a broad range of industries, including energy services, communications, and health care-related businesses.
In addition to strategic acquisitions and dispositions, he has advised company clients on a variety of matters, from public offerings and Securities Exchange Act reporting matters to general corporate governance issues and questions of directors' fiduciary duties.
