Ralph Blakeney is a civil trial attorney. He focuses on the areas of business and real estate litigation and has first-chair trial experience. In his nearly 20 years of complex litigation experience, Ralph has represented clients in real estate, breach of contract, securities fraud, antitrust, accountant's liability, insurance coverage, deceptive trade practices, wrongful termination, and personal injury actions.
In addition to representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation, Ralph has arbitrated disputes. His experience includes representation of financial institutions in collection and securities fraud actions, the representation of software developers, and the supervision of a 30-person Hart-Scott-Rodino second request compliance team in connection with a $400 million transaction.
Ralph is a member of the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
