Medical Device Litigation. Led by Ed Sebold (Houston) and John Lewis (Cleveland), Jones Day serves as international coordinating counsel for all breast implant, penile implant, and anti-reflux device cases filed against a medical device manufacturer. Mark Herrmann (Chicago) and others played leading roles in the orthopedic bone screw litigation.
