Paul Theiss's practice focuses on complex business litigation. He has represented clients in a wide variety of business litigation, including landlord-tenant, tax, civil fraud, RICO, False Claims Act, and Robinson-Patman Act litigation. He also has represented clients in tort and products liability litigation. He has drafted briefs before multiple state and federal courts, including briefs on the merits before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Paul serves on the board of directors and as president of Chamber Music International and on the board of directors for the Indiana University Alumni Association's Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter. He maintains an active pro bono practice, including in criminal and asylum matters.
