Paul Lin specializes in domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. He represents and advises clients ranging from multinational public corporations and Chinese state-owned enterprises to medium and small privately held businesses in a broad range of industry segments, including infrastructure and city development, high-tech and computers, manufacturing, consumer products, services, automotive, and biotech. Paul's principal areas of practice include: general corporate matters, private and public cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, China inbound/outbound investments, corporate finance and securities law, venture capital/private equity financing, cross-border joint ventures, supply arrangements, business start-ups, and commercial litigation.
