My Linh Vu-Grégoire advises multinationals, focusing on cross-border M&A/takeovers, restructurings, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. She has extensive experience in energy-related transactions, including mining projects, upstream oil and gas acquisitions, LNG terminals, and renewable energy projects.

My Linh recently advised Mitsubishi Corporation in its joint venture with Eramet S.A. in the Weda Bay strategic nickel mining project in Indonesia and continues to advise Mitsubishi on other mining projects in other areas of the world. She is also currently advising Electricité de France in its establishment of one of the largest LNG terminals in Europe in Dunkerque, France.

My Linh's prior experience includes international arbitration and litigation, including several notable international arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce (the ICC).

My Linh is a member of the board of directors of Helen Keller International Europe, a Paris-based nonprofit organization dedicated to blindness prevention, and Continuing Legal Education Europe, a London-based nonprofit organization for the continuing legal education of U.S.-admitted lawyers residing in Europe.
