Mark Minton practices in the areas of securities, negotiated mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and general corporate finance, with extensive experience representing real estate companies. His experience includes transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, private and public securities offerings, securitizations, institutional investments, and formations of joint ventures. In addition, Mark also has extensive experience in complex restructurings and reorganizations of financially troubled companies. His experience in the hospitality industry includes mergers and acquisitions and related financings.

He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association (Business Law Section).
