Marla Bergman has been involved in litigation for more than 20 years and has handled product liability cases as well as securities, patent, employment, bankruptcy, and general business litigation matters. She particularly concentrates on the discovery phase of litigation, specifically the collection, maintenance, and production of information. Marla has considerable experience in the discovery of electronic documents and issues concerning document retention and production practices. She regularly speaks and publishes on document retention and e-discovery issues and is a member of the Firm's e-Discovery Committee and co-chair of the Firm's e-Discovery swat team.
