He has experience representing clients in merger review proceedings before the Mexican Federal Competition Commission. He also advises developers, buyers, and financing parties in real estate development projects.
Manuel has advised clients involved in public-private partnerships in the development and financing of a wide range of infrastructure and real estate projects including toll roads, hospitals, hotels, and universities.
Manuel recently represented a multinational consortium led by a subsidiary of Brookfield Asset Management in an auction bid for the right to operate 558 kilometers of Mexican toll roads under a Public Private Service Agreement.
