Mark Lentz's practice focuses on all aspects of complex commercial litigation, from preliminary motions through trial, judgment, and appeal. He has represented clients, both as plaintiffs and defendants, in federal and state courts throughout the country, including California, Florida, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Mark's recent representations include obtaining two dismissals of business tort complaints filed against Jones Day clients, a significant victory in an immigration pro bono matter that shifted the law of the Fourth Circuit, and successfully briefing a Supreme Court case regarding the scope of a federal criminal law.
