Mark Ziegelbein's practice is focused on intellectual property litigation, particularly patent infringement litigation. Since joining Jones Day, Mark has represented clients in cases involving patents related to Internet technologies, motor control, semiconductor manufacturing and cleaning, electrostatic discharge-protection circuits, and cellular phones. Before joining the Firm, Mark practiced at an intellectual property boutique in Des Moines, Iowa. At that firm, he drafted and prosecuted patent applications in the electrical and mechanical arts and also worked on patent, trademark, and copyright litigation.
Mark is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Iowa State Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the American Bar Association, and the Dallas-Fort Worth Intellectual Property Law Association.
