Lynn Marvin's practice focuses on complex litigation in U.S. federal and state courts and commercial disputes before arbitral bodies in the U.S. and internationally, with an emphasis on matters related to patent infringement, patent and software licensing, and intellectual property agreements. Her litigation experience also includes representations related to commercial contract disputes, securities and commercial class actions, consumer credit litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Lynn counsels clients involved in investigations and enforcement proceedings pursued by the SEC.

Lynn has considerable experience in the discovery phase of litigation, specifically the collection, maintenance, and production of information; the discovery of electronic documents; and issues concerning document retention and production practices. She is a member of the Firm's e-Discovery Committee.

Lynn has appeared on behalf of clients including Bancinsurance Corporation, Bell Microproducts, Chi Mei Optoelectronics, Etro U.S.A., Experian Information Solutions, Intuit, Inventec Appliances, Lenovo Group, Texas Instruments, and Xilinx.

Lynn is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the American Bar Association, the New York Intellectual Property Law Association, and the National Association of Women Lawyers.
