Lindsey Dates has a broad array of complex litigation experience that includes work on product liability, white-collar criminal defense, antitrust, patent, bankruptcy, and commercial contract dispute matters. He has, for example:

• obtained a $783,000 judgment in a commercial breach of contract case, just three months after filing the complaint (Iteq Corporation v. Amitron Corporation)

• helped secure a unanimous defense verdict in a six-week trial where plaintiff alleged Robinson-Patman and Sherman Act violations (R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and GMB, Inc. v. Premium Tobacco Stores, Inc., et al.)

• successfully represented a Fortune 100 company in a patent infringement suit (Charles E. Hill & Associates v. Amazon.com, et al.) and

• obtained a favorable settlement in an antitrust action brought by 266 vending machine operators (Genesee Vending v. R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company).

Lindsey is also involved in several civic and community-based organizations. He sits on the board of directors for the University of Illinois Law Alumni Association, and he chairs a local high school mentorship program, Mentor Teacher Brother, where he mentors students from the Atgeld Gardens.
