Lindsey Dates is a trial practice lawyer with a broad array of complex litigation experience. He represents global clients in high-stakes litigation matters and focuses on commercial contract and business tort litigation. His range of litigation experience also includes bankruptcy, intellectual property, antitrust, product liability, white-collar criminal defense, and commercial real estate matters.

As a lead lawyer on multiple complex civil litigation matters, Lindsey has used his superb technical writing and oral advocacy skills to distill complicated issues, create short-term solutions and long-term strategies, and resolve highly contentious disputes. Representative clients include: Abbott Laboratories, Encylopaedia Britannica, IBM, Iteq Corporation, Nationwide Insurance, R.J. Reynolds, Standard Bank, and TAP Pharmaceutical Products.

Lindsey serves as a co-chair of the Cabrini Green Legal Aid Clinic's Young Professionals Board, a member of the Associate Board for the Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms and the University of Illinois Alumni Association Board of Directors, the director of Community Outreach for the Mentor Teacher Brother Program, and chair of the Don Hubert Scholars Program.
