We are one of the few U.S. firms with a presence in Latin America, the United States, and Spain, and our practice depth, scale, and geographic reach enable us to serve clients efficiently and effectively on a range of matters involving all three locations.

Our Latin America-focused team, located primarily in Mexico City, São Paulo, Madrid, New York, Atlanta, and San Francisco, consists of approximately 50 lawyers, from a variety of legal disciplines, with a thorough understanding of the business, laws, and culture of the region. Several are U.S. lawyers who also are admitted to practice in Latin American jurisdictions. Many of them are fluent in Spanish or Portuguese and often negotiate and document transactions in those languages.
