Kent Richey's practice involves complex real estate investments, joint ventures, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate finance. He represents real estate funds as well as investment banks, private real estate companies, and other institutional investors with real estate matters.

Kent's clients include Bank of America Merrill Lynch, the Dune Real Estate Funds, Five Star Realty Partners, GreenOak Real Estate, HighBrook Investment Management, and the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds. He recently represented Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the sale of their interests in a Manhattan office building.

Kent has more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry, including as general counsel to the Peabody Funds, private real estate funds jointly sponsored by O'Connor Capital Partners and JPMorgan Chase, and as general counsel to Allegro Resorts, an owner/operator of all-inclusive resort hotels controlled by Westbrook Real Estate Partners.

He is a frequent speaker on topics related to real estate private equity.
