Kelly has participated in commercial litigation disputes involving securities, product liability, contract, and business torts. She has experience in arbitration proceedings and has helped coordinate lay and expert testimony, privilege logs, and trial exhibits. She also has experience in all forms of discovery and motion practice. Kelly has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including communications, manufacturing, and automotive. In addition, she has represented pro bono clients in civil rights suits.
