Jones Day names Bénédicte Graulle as new partner in Paris

The global law firm Jones Day is pleased to announce that Bénédicte Graulle, a lawyer in the Firm's Investigations & White Collar Defense Practice, has been named to the Firm's partnership, effective January 1, 2018.

She is one of Jones Day 39 lawyers worldwide admitted to the Firm’s partnership.

Ms. Graulle focuses on criminal litigation and criminal business law, particularly in financial and industrial matters, as well as cybercrime. She assists clients in all stages of criminal proceedings, both as victims and defendants, in France and abroad. In particular, she has extensive experience before African criminal courts. Ms. Graulle also provides assistance in criminal investigations as well as investigations conducted by market authorities, (the DGCCRF and customs authorities), dawn raids, searches and seizures. She has significant practical experience in large-scale internal investigations and compliance, including anti-bribery, corruption, stock trading and market manipulation offenses, and anti-money-laundering issues. She provides guidance and assists companies in the implementation and the update of their compliance program. Ms. Graulle earned a post-graduate degree (DESS) in French National, European, and International Litigation, and a post-graduate degree (DEA) in Civil and Commercial Obligations Law from University of Paris V-René Descartes. She is a former Secrétaire de la Conférence du Stage of the Paris Bar (2004).
