Jodie Michalski represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law. Her practice includes defending employers against race, gender, age, and disability discrimination and harassment claims, as well as retaliation and breach of contract claims.

Jodie is a member of the State Bar of Texas. She is also actively involved in the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and represents pro bono clients in a variety family law matters. In November 2010, she received the DVAP's "Pro Bono Attorney of the Month" award.

Prior to attending law school, Jodie spent three years teaching in New Orleans, Louisiana as a member of Teach for America.
