Jeff Maddox's practice focuses on international equity and debt transactions in Asia.

He has represented issuers, underwriters, and investors on a broad range of offerings, public and private, and equity and debt including initial public offerings listed on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, and the stock exchanges of Singapore, Hong Kong, India, and London. His extensive experience also includes high-yield debt offerings, Rule 144A debt and preferred stock private placements, Regulation S offerings, debt restructurings, and issuer tender offers.

Jeff is co-head of the Firm's Capital Markets Practice, in charge of the Asian side of the practice.
