Jason also represents corporate and individual clients in criminal matters involving antitrust price-fixing investigations, conspiracy, honest services mail fraud, witness tampering, and economic espionage. He was a member of the trial team that represented former Orange County Sheriff Michael Carona and has represented other clients in connection with their federal criminal appeals. Jason also represents corporate clients in cross-border merger and acquisition transactions.

In addition, Jason works closely with Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice to represent, on a pro bono basis, victims of domestic violence in order to obtain permanent restraining orders against their abusers.
