Ish Alsheik concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and securities matters. He has advised public companies, private companies, and private equity firms (and their portfolio companies) on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, workouts, and joint ventures of all sizes, including those with closing prices in excess of $1 billion. Ish has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including foods, consumer goods, agricultural equipment, fuels, plastics, software, tooling and manufacturing, logistics, telecommunications, truck and trailer parts, homebuilding, medical, and refrigeration.
