John Kao is Partner-in-Charge in Beijing and is head of the Firm's M&A and private equity practices in Asia. He has experience in all phases of corporate and securities practice, including representation of publicly held and private companies in mergers and acquisitions and various aspects of capital formation, including public and private securities offerings. A substantial portion of John's practice involves representing private equity and venture capital firms. John is also a frequent speaker on mergers and acquisitions.
