Frequently recognized as a leader in the industry and her community, Fradyn Suárez focuses her practice on cross-border corporate and project finance. She regularly advises commercial and development banks and other lenders and borrowers and sponsors with cross-border financing transactions involving Latin America and the Caribbean, including bilateral, syndicated, and club corporate and project finance transactions, as well as trade finance, structured finance, debt restructurings, and bond offerings.
