Frank Hubach has extensive experience in the areas of acquisition, disposition, management, leasing, and financing of commercial properties on behalf of developers, institutional investors, and lenders. He has participated in securitized real estate transactions, including tax-exempt bond and Eurobond financings. Frank also has extensive experience in the reorganization and restructuring of real estate partnerships and joint ventures. In addition, Frank served as Partner-in-Charge in Dallas from 1992 through 2007. Prior to his appointment to that position, he was coordinator of the Firm's real estate practice.
He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association.
