Francesco Liberatore has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of the application of EU and U.K. antitrust/competition laws as they relate to the TMT (technology, media, and communications), energy, pharmaceutical, financial, and retail sectors, among others, as well as in handling EU and multijurisdiction merger filings. He also has particular experience in cartel risk management, compliance, and electronic communications regulations.

Francesco has written articles on antitrust/competition law and regulatory issues, which have been published in English and Italian.
