Jones Day acted for Pan Pacific Petroleum NL in its agreement to sell its subsidiary that holds a 5% interest in Block 07/03 in the Nam Con Son Basin offshore Vietnam to Repsol Exploracion SA. Block 07/03 contains the Ca Rong Do $1.1 billion development stage oil and gas project.
