Imagination defends its graphics processors DDR memory controllers from infringement claims in ITC

Client(s) Imagination Technologies Limited

Jones Day represented Imagination Technologies Limited, as supplier, in a patent infringement matter between ZiiLabs, Inc., and MediaTek, Qualcomm, Sony, AMD, Lenovo, and LG in which ZiiLabs asserts multiple patents against the graphics processing units of various chip manufacturers incorporating Imagination designs. The infringement allegations included multiple end products incorporating chips using the graphics processors.
