Jones Day represented Peaked Hill Partners LLC ("PHP") in connection with an equity injection from an investor group led by PHP in Arc International, a producer of glass tableware, completing the group's recapitalization, and providing funds for the modernization of their main production site in Arques, France, funding of a Social Plan linked to the restructuring plan, and various growth initiatives.
