Elaine Wallace's practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. She has extensive experience representing software and e-commerce companies in copyright and patent matters and software licensing disputes. Her clients have included Fortune 500 and emerging growth companies. She has successfully represented clients in variety of forums, including federal district courts in California, Michigan, and Massachusetts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and in two published decisions: Compuware Corporation v. Serena Software International, Inc., 77 F. Supp. 2d 816 (E.D. Mich. 1999) and Baystate Technologies, Inc. v. Bentley Systems, Inc., 946 F. Supp. 1079 (D. Mass. 1996).
