Jones Day sponsors IATA Legal Symposium with partner John Goetz speaking on implications of social media for airlines

Goetz, partner in the Business and Tort Litigation (USA) group in Pittsburgh, who focuses his practice on product liability and aviation law, will speak at the upcoming 2012 IATA Legal Symposium in Shanghai, on the use of social media and its legal implications for the airline industry. Also, Sebastien J. Evrard, partner in the Antitrust & Competition Law Practice in Beijing, will address the airlines General Counsel Forum on "Competition Law in China: Current Issues for the Airlines Industry." The IATA Legal Symposium, which Jones Day has sponsored since 2007, will be held in Shanghai from February 5 through 7, 2012.
