Jones Day's Dallas Office is one of two Jones Day offices in Texas. It opened as the fifth Jones Day office in 1981 and, with more than 170 lawyers, now ranks as one of the largest law offices in Dallas. The size and breadth of our Dallas practice enable us to provide a full range of services to clients served by Jones Day in Texas and throughout the world.
The Dallas Office has substantial capability in litigation (including intellectual property, commercial litigation, quasi criminal and criminal investigations, securities litigation/corporate governance, labor and employment, and toxic tort), corporate and real estate transactions, and federal and state taxation.
