Debby Saxe represents employers in complex employment and labor law matters, with particular emphasis on employment discrimination class actions, ERISA class actions, California and FLSA wage and hour class and collective actions, and cases brought pursuant to the California Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). She also handles cases involving program and facilities access under the Rehabilitation Act and Title II of the ADA. In addition, she serves as labor/employment counsel in connection with business restructurings, sales, and mergers and regularly advises clients about preventive measures, including FMLA/CFRA and ADA compliance. She also provides counseling about disciplinary actions and investigations and negotiates and drafts agreements with executives.

Debby has extensive trial and appellate court experience. Chambers USA calls her "‘an aggressive and highly capable litigator’ with a forte in wage and hour and discrimination cases" and with "substantial experience in the courtroom as a trial lawyer."

Debby is a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and served as chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) in 2002-2003. She was a member of LACBA's Board of Trustees in 2005-2008 and 2010-2011. Currently, she is a member of LACBA's Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee of LACBA's Senior Lawyers' Section.

Debby is a member of the AAA Panel of Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and serves as an Attorney Settlement Officer for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
