Dan Malone practices in the area of general corporate law, with a focus on private equity transactions, leveraged buyouts, and mergers and acquisitions. He has represented buyers, sellers, and their financial advisors in acquisitions and divestitures, restructurings, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances. Dan also provides general corporate counseling to private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Recently, he has advised Benford Capital Partners, Fidelity Equity Partners, FleetPride, H.I.G Capital, Resilience Capital Partners, The Riverside Company, and RockWood Equity Partners.
