David Bays has significant experience in business litigation. He has a broad depth of experience representing international oil and gas companies and oil field service companies in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts and before domestic and international arbitration panels. David's work has focused on matters involving breach of contract, tortious interference, injunctions, wrongful death and personal injury, mass torts, and products liability. He has extensive experience contesting personal jurisdiction and enforcing arbitration, indemnity, and additional insured clauses. His recent experience includes matters involving operating agreements, area of mutual interest agreements, rights of first refusal, and oil pipeline operations. David's practice has involved disputes in Nigeria, Yemen, Iraq, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Taiwan, and China.

David is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the Texas Bar Foundation (Fellow), and the Houston Bar Foundation (Fellow).
